If I'm not working, I'm sending out applications or interviewing in hopes of finding something better. Sadly, all the offers I get are below what I make now and not by a little. I've been at this for a year and I'm ready to throw in a towel and just quit on the spot without anything lined up. If I don't, I'm worried it'll affect my health. I'm so tired of it all.

The job market has slowed down.
If the interest rates keep rising FAANG will be affected big time (google this string: interest rate and faang valuation).
The startup market with about 1,000 unicorn companies valued at $1B or more is super frothy with many of them having hiring freezes since March.
Cyber and Data is still hot to an extent but that's slowing down too.
I'd stay put for now.

Companies lowball unemployed applicants. Don't job hunt while unemployed!

Imagine being in Ukraine and your comfortable life was violently torn away from you. You are lucky you have what you have. Stop catastrophizing and put it in perspective
Looks like you are getting paid above market or you are interviewing for the wrong companies! If its the former --> stay tight at cisco, you have a bright future.. If its the latter, well, you have to leetcode harder and try GOOG or META
Then just quit bruh. Stop your griping.
Do not give up! There is life outside of Cisco
