Mortgage Processing got hit with layoffs this morning at 9am. Not sure how many yet.
Last day is May 12th for those who were hit.

I was laid off here in PHX, trust me I was not a low performer. I had been hitting goal and my metrics for the last year. Our pipeline has gotten significantly low and the interest rates I noticed were getting higher, and it literally was one week to another where the level of busyness went down. I currently have until the 12th and my pipeline size is five. My peers that got to stay have a pipeline of seven. Sh---y situation but what you gonna do………
Spoke with someone who said they mentioned it being just low performers, but that doesn’t sound right. Are you in purchases or refi? Ready for credit?
