The Dow fell about 980 points, or 2.8%, following comments about likely aggressive interest rate hikes from Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell. A poor earnings outlook from Dow component Verizon didn't help matters.
All 30 stocks in the Dow ended the day lower, led by Verizon (VZ), which fell more than 5.5%,

Seriously. Since the advent of VZ 2.0 I cannot think of one single single woman in the company capable of leading or making an serious decisions. Not one. All fluff no stuff. Just like every other EEO promo.
Ironically there is tremendous 'diverse' talent and leadership out in the field and customer facing. But in the new wonderful world of woke only 'diverse' candidates from the right schools and clubs who are rapping and tapping the right kind of tune get to play.
