Some rumors about cuts are constantly circulating. I really can’t believe there is truth in these rumors.
Sure, there’s never much logic when it comes to layoffs, but I really don’t understand why a company would lay off employees at this time?

So many people are leaving now. It’s not about money. Cenovus pays well. Just better opportunities and getting life back
We won't long line of resignation notices have been since the $1.2 payout. Need to make do with remaining staff and anyone new we can attract. Will be bringing back the "refer somebody" incentive in May.
