I am a full timer and I have been in the company over ten years and my hours were cut . I am applying for other jobs but i wanted to know if I can pick up hours in other stores ?

Not at my club. Lots of OT to get cought up on trucks. Thanks home office for making less steal space giving me more OT 🤣
The clubs with payroll cuts must have had a payroll budget cut due to volume. My club got a payroll increase, larger headcount, and OT approved on the front end. On track to the 100m mark.
We are down to 4 people merchandising in the A.M. and thats on a good day. Never replaced the 3 that left and yet they still cut our full time hours to 37.5. Corporate greed at their finest.
About 6 hours being cut every week but I actually landed another job ! So I’ll start on June 20
How many hours are being cut? They can only cut your hours for so long. I don't remember how many work hours are required for you to still be considered full-time, but there is a limit. After so long you are no longer considered full-time.
if the other club needs help, yes. it will go toward their payroll. unfortunately, management in all clubs doesn't want any extra hours added to their payroll. like corporate, they'd rather have subpar clubs & service rather than pay for the right amount of help to get the job done. that is until company shows up.
I do not think so.
