They are sending detailed reports by email each day to ‘Leadership’ with everyone’s badge swipes in and out to track individual team metrics for RTO. Watch out for those long smoke breaks and trips to the cafeteria. I’m sure this data will be used during upcoming assessments.

There is no need to actually swipe except at turnstiles.
Your number is being tracked everywhere around the facility.
This is quite technically simple.
Even the restrooms.

It’s not something they care about. Your internet usage is a better metric to track, along with other computer details. Even still, it has never seriously been used in discussions up to date. Once in a while a rogue new supervisor will reference it, and quickly realize that they need much better evidence for managers to care / do something. Pretty useless.

We did that in Houston as well to see usage of facilities. This is common everywhere, in all facilities across globe.
