The Board of de generate s has been a political correct woke sinecure for the connected in crowd for more than a decade. Until this board is bounced, which will never happen because of Blackrock, the company will be stuck in the muck. The SEC needs to take a hard look at Blackrock and Vanguard and who they pick for boards.

Hans Vestberg served as CEO of Ericsson from 2010 through July 2016, when he was ousted from the company following poor financial results. He would have led the company during the period when the alleged corruption occurred and also during the time when Ericsson began cooperating with the SEC and DOJ.
Hans is the symptom, but the board is the disease and has been since they started going woke when the company was formed. The board and senior management became more geopolitical than science driven. It is hard to believe that the company used to sponsor NOVA and National Geographic but now supports BLM and antifa! It is shameful that just mere days before the terrible earnings announcement that they company was patting itself on the back about ESG. That clearly demonstrates what is wrong here!
