I work as a processor in lending, and we all have been wfh since the end of Feb 2020. We are being told that a return to office for us is unlikely, although it is being offered currently on a voluntary basis

I’ve been back once. Located in Charlotte and we are hearing loud and clear from Senior Management that there will be tracking and reporting coming soon. 3 days a week mandatory but “very flexible”. I’ll be curious as to how the different LOB’s actually hold people accountable.
I've been back once for the 10 minutes it took to grab my things that have been sitting in storage for 2 years. Still WFH.
I need my job so I go in 2 or 3 times a week unless I am on pto

I've been back one or two days a week. Never three. When I have been in, I see quite a few people who pack up their stuff at noon and wfh for the rest of the day.
I have yet to see any in-person collaborating. Yesterday, about 75% of the people on my floor were wearing headphones.
In my group it's split 50:50 between those who have been back at least once, and those who have not.
Of the ones who have been back, most of the are simply "checking the box" that they've been back into the office, and are now mostly back to WFH. There are a couple other who I'd catagorize as "boot li---r" types who are in the office every day.
And the rest of us - about half - who have not been to an office at all. In my team it's everyone who is about half an hour or more away from the office, as well as a couple people for whom the office is in an area where they are uncomfortable.

I've been back in the office for 3 weeks and my whole floor hasn't had more then 12 employees on any single day.
It is strange to see many who are back. It seems many take a day or two off as well to work from home. These are ominous times for sure.

I've been twice. Once the first week, then again 3 weeks later when I wanted to print a bunch of docs instead of reading them on a screen. I noticed significantly less people on my floor that 2nd day.
I was in once, then haven't been since.
Not been in yet. No peeps from mgmt.
