Has congress or your state passed a Law requirement for you to do so? I have not found any such law in Texas as of yet, as example.
Most I’ve seen is the EEOC recommendation for testing, but that is the equivalent to asking employees to wash their hands after the bathroom, and I know I’ve seen some grimy folks here at that bank.
