i have to agree with @ear+1gtP8ofe This doesn't sound right. Apple is using Xeons in it's high end workstations and they may be refreshing that line up with Intel CPUs for one more generation.
With M2 already gained such a high reputation, I doubted very much Apple will turn back to Intel processors again.
