What interests me the most is what to expect after HON reports its quarterly results. Will the situation be better, worse or just like it is now?

What letter begins with the letter K. Kool-Aid begins with a K. K is for Kool-Aid that good enough for me. K is for Kool-Aid that’s good enough for me. Kool-Aid. Kool-Aid. Kool-Aid.
What other letters begin with the letter K. Kickbacks begin with the letter K. Knuckleheads begin with the letter K. Who run Honeywell. Kicked out begins with letter K. You’ll understand when you get a PIP or laid off.
Your problem doing a lot of other things that begin with K. If you think about what I’m saying. I’ll be thinking about the cookie monster song. C stands for a cookie which is good enough for me.
K stands for, let’s run this place like a kindergarten room. Which I think our management uses daily. Which isn’t good enough for me. This is why I’m kicking myself out the door and getting a new job.
New quarter. New targets. Even harder to achieve. The treadmill speed and angle just increased. BTW, what have you done for me lately?
Only wear colors that match the furniture. Out of sight, out of mind!
stock went up on relative strength compared to the disasters at other companies like boeing. This is a flight to safety moment driving our stock back up to support.
Fwd guidance continues to be mixed at best.
The upcoming recession will be global as the world tries to deal with inflation caused by money printing. The scale is so massive most economist predict ten years to absorb and rebalance. Good luck hiding from layoffs if you are over 50.
Perversely, your situation may get worse since Hon raised their full year guidance, so if there had been any breathing room, it will be less so now.
The Q1 report is simply a snapshot of HON's financial situation as of Mar 31. It was released this morning and was generally positive for the Q1 and forward looking for the remainder of the year for HON as a whole.
Of course, if the HON company you work for is not performing well the situation may get worse.
Do matter big guy got his 21mil bonus or whatever want call it. Worker bees get shafted again
What everyone else is doing for employees has little bearing on Honeywell. Aerospace makes only a tiny fraction of revenue on new design work.. the paycheck is the maintenance work. Stop thinking that Honeywell cares about the salaries at Raytheon.. they don’t..
actually worse than that..
executives joke about it over drinks at the bar in Geneva.
Only two options really
- Just like it is now
- Worse
Let’s be honest, basically everyone pays better, pretends to respect their employees better, has better health insurance, blah blah blah.
There is a 3rd option, and it involves most of the HON E-level money sucks going away and being replaced by people with a normal wage because none of them are worth the $$$,$$$ they get paid.
The sustainability guy…what does he do?
