Even though a noticeable number of AMs and SAs have left US Commercial for other segments, architectures, competitors, or other technology companies, there are layoffs coming as the cost of doing business in US Commercial is too much. The US Commercial Executive Leadership to include AVPs, SEDs, ODs, SSEMs are completely inept. The lack of transparency and leadership coming from them is not surprising.
