Does anyone know just how much worse it’s going to get? We don’t seem to be able to execute or understand how to do projects and actively take the opposite steps required to improve processes performance. Our sales sell one project internally so satisfy all the Honeywell requirements (revenue, cash flow light touch operations and no technical risk) and somehow we find ourselves stuck carrying complex time consuming job with bad terms and everyone starts pointing fingers, just after they have cut more staff or reduced hours, stretched revenue and then wondered why we have unbolted.
I’m done with how painful this is - it’s like Groundhog Day.
