I saw a post on here saying the grass isnt greener and blah blah blah. Guess eBay. After over a decade of sacrificing my every personal moment to do my best for this organization, I finally got the courage to leave and land another job for much better pay, better culture and an org that invests in its employees. Fiserv is a toxic he-l ho-e that is crashing and burning daily. Those of you still enduring this BS need to wake up and get out before you crash with them. Ive never been happier than I am now that ive left Fiserv. They dont care about you, dont invest in you or your needs. Frank cares about his wallet and that’s it. He has ruined the lives if thousands of employees whether emotionally or financially.

Do you mind saying what company you went to? I'm trying to get out now?
@mlr+1gu4SI8W wow when attrition is around 50% in most teams. I'm not sure how you get 44000 employee's still.
Agreed, and my new job acknowledges the great resignation and is implementing ways to keep the existing talent and knowledge. It's so refreshing to work for a company that actually cares and to see an increase in employee benefits instead of them being taken away little by little
Update. Not sure where “eBay” came from. Typo on my part.
We have lost at least 400 in DNA. I only know of one person who opted to stay after receiving an offer vs leave they are in sales support. No one I am still in touch with is unhappy with their decision to leave.
OP speaks the absolute truth here, don't wait to be on the next round of RIF. Get your resume updated and make the jump to a better company. With the current leadership, we've seen how the chapters always end...
A very talented programmer I know departed Fiser, eh, First Data, for another position at a major internet comany (local) and is FAR happier. As I am too having moved-departed in 2019
No just 200 out of 44000 who are upset they were asked to move to NJ.
This company sounds a lot like SS&C same business areas (I think..) - toxic, old and full of ****
Amen
