For the pay a director get. And associate directors, make them what they are. Managers. It's a joke. Thank God I'm out in 4 years.

If bureaucracy is our enemy why so many layers of management and made up titles you have people who have engineer in there title yet never took an engineering course. I asked a guy here with an engineering 3 title I says wow you went to school for engineering he said no way I got in with a hs diploma that's verizon with the made up titles associate director is a hyped 2nd level what's going on huge???? riff needed toooooooo many yes man no future here
It is not just Hans, but Hans and his direct reports, and their direct reports. That is where all of the BS emanates. That 2nd, 3rd and 4th layer below Hans is riddled with fakers. They have been talking nonsense for the past three years making reports about reports and analysis about analysis, yet almost none of them understand the basics of this business. Of course all of them are overly schooled in wokeness though, but none in Sales, Revenue and EBITDA. It was becoming offensive how bad DCF, NPV and ROIC analysis were being done. Scary and why bad investments keep getting made and none of the cash flows from the models ever shows up.
And HR has been worthless in this company for years. Just a bunch of managerial mumbo jumbo for people who are really 'Internal Affairs'. Once they even knew about benefits, but that has been outsourced now.

Hans Vestberg served as CEO of Ericsson from 2010 through July 2016, when he was ousted from the company following poor financial results.
