It is disheartening, but that is the objective/point.
More women and minority women have caregiving responsibilities that are harder to balance with less flexibility. You do get more women interested in jobs that have more flexibility as a result.
Well played. I don’t really buy it but that’s neither here nor there. It doesn’t matter if it’s true, it only matters that it is effective. Playing the race card is tremendously effective these days. I think more people in other companies should follow suit. Get this RTO garbage cancelled. It’s pointless and is disheartening.
If you're not starving and homeless, you're privileged. RTO is stupid for many reasons, "racism" isn't one of them.
Offshore did not continue to work remote (at least not the areas I’m familiar with). They’re being brought in on busses traveling through dangerous neighborhoods and some even spend days there at a time before returning home.
So how would forcing RTO making offices in India and other locations “whiter”? Didn’t they get to WFH?
