Why are so many AMs and SAs leaving US Commercial

I've watched some of the best SAs in commercial leave over the last few years. The replacements at times are good but they are usually replaced by less experienced SEs/SAs without the skills sets that walked out the door. Over time it becomes a problem and that is what is happening today. Add to the mix the declining value of TAC and you have the mess we have today in the commercial segment. I'm not sure commercial leadership has a clear understanding of just how bad things have become. It is sad because just a few years back commercial was the place to be.
That why they are not backfilling AMs. As for SAs, I feel bad for them. I watch the SED and SE leadership treat the SAs very poorly. Maybe if they were treated better, they would not be looking to leave Commercial.
They know more layoffs are coming.
Because they are tiny/simplistic/boring/poor customers?
