I once again hate Mondays

One of the main positives of WFH for me was not feeling the same dread on Sundays or even better, on Mondays, that I did before. I started to enjoy my job again and that made me more productive. Now I'm back to hating my job and hating having to go in, whichever days I choose. I didn't think this would be such a big deal for me but it is. Add another name to the list of those who're not staying for much longer.

Seriously, eff Moynihan and his terrible leadership. What a short sighted, old timey view that we all need to be in the office to do our jobs when it was proven that we don’t. This is my last week at BofA, couldn’t be more excited. I lost several years of my life at this company and am so happy to leave with the ridiculousness that is RTO.

I urge everyone who isn’t happy about it to speak up. Talk about it with your teammates, talk about it with your managers, start talking about unions, start looking for new jobs. The power is with us, the workers, once we are on the same page real change can happen.

Grow up, already. If you hate it that much, leave.
