So why don't we dive right in by interpreting one of the easiest events in the last 36 months in Verizon history. Can someone tell me why we pulled our resources out of the One Fiber project. Say it, say it, say it V-Screamers. The failure of Hans 5G strategy under his leadership caused an ongoing erosion of Verizon's stock price. Verizon really seems to care. About what I have no idea.

TOO MANY QUESTIONS on the survey, same old questions, do you know the direction of the company? Do you feel your feedback is important? Dog and pony show they only want good news, positive feedback, what a waste of money. They can tell who wrote what as answers are grouped by Director, Manager, Supervisor, same bands

Every survey should include "we want to continue Work From Home"
Look at what Amazon employees did, they all commented on the low compensation and effected real change. Every survey should mention the word 'compensation' so the boys will pick it up. Leadership needs to know that compensation that pays inflation is unacceptable.
Recently joined Blind where you can rate your company. I was surprised to see that VZ is rated in the low 60's above TMO and AT&T who are both rated in the high 50's. Seems like all the telecom's stink. More accurate ratings than Gallup though.
