Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Slap in the face

I have more than a decade of experience and if BofA wants to equate me with someone who has just arrived and has almost no experience, then it will come as no surprise that I and many others who have been very loyal to this bank for a long time will leave soon.
Everyone should be adequately paid for their work, but it is very unfair how the bank treats their most loyal employees.

The leadership here is weak and that starts from our weak CEO. I wished this place had good , smart, energetic management but they don't. Most of these managers are just there because they are a friend or family related. This is absolutely the worst way to run a company. I have been with companies that were run professionally and everybody were on the same page. This company has a bunch of nonenglish speaking mfers that have the audacity to hold conference calls. When will this shlit stop? Bank of America you really let me down and I am ashamed to be associated with you.

The harsh reality is, unless you are friends with management or a family member you get absolutely no where. I'd move on if I were you. I did and I'm making the same as a Merrill Edge manager. 85k.

Experienced employees brought Frankenstein back from the dead after the Great Recession. But who will perform surgery the next time Frankenstein is back on the operating table? Circus clowns and carnival barkers won't be much help. The competent janitorial staff has resigned. They were pretty tired from cleaning up the mess from the last party.

Feeling the same! Hoping I find something else soon so I can put my two weeks in. Leadership is my department absolutely sucks. Sometimes I wonder how these people kept their post for so long. New managers who have zero clue how to lead. I have zero motivation and unhappy every day. Just hoping one of these interviews turns out promising. Not sure how much longer I can be in this department or part of this bank. Sometimes I wish they would lay me off with severance so I don’t have to put up with the bu-----t and take my time to find something else. It’s so bad for me I sometimes think I’d be happier working at Walmart.

This company is by far the worst place I have ever worked for in my life. They have the crappiest pay system I have ever seen. The 3 cent raises every year are a slap on the face. The flagshlit we have to read everyday that only contains phony azz comments from people that kiss azz. We have an out of touch CEO who doesn't give a damn about our health with RTO bullshlit. I can't wait to get to fuhk out of here. I am just going to just half azz my job until something else better comes along. I just don't care anymore about this place and just by feeling this way here, I will probably get promoted like the rest of these azzholes who got promoted here. You just have to be lazy and don't know what the he-l you are doing.
