Progress towards goals

Someone mentioned company's goals earlier. Here are some of the goals:

What is questionable is whether ATT will be able to achieve these goals?

There is an awful lot of technicians in all facets of the business that have very little to do to keep busy 6-8 hours per day. More like 1-2 hours each day! That would be a good place to start for headcount rationalization. I'm sure there are techs willing to accept some kind of severance package!

Santone and Stankey will be looking to diversify and include in the AT&T under capacity staff then layoff some older, high paid employees

Lip service.
They'll still have us drive around to look busy. And get little work done.
I burn $200+ a week in my bucket truck and do little as we have no work.
Multiply that by however many techs have little/nothing to do. But we all drive around.
I read, do crossword puzzles, go for walks, etc...and I look "busy" and that's all that matters.

All good plans will struggle if you have a disengaged sales force. Must streamline the product offering to those items that make money. Our sales teams need to accountable for selling and building customer relationships.
