3 at home 2 in office in mortgage. Still people are going to leave. There is no point in coming in.

When does it take effect? Should really be 3 days home minimum. 2 days people still going to leave in droves.
Heard 2 day wfh allowed as well. Not enough if you ask me but I'm also looking/working to get out so long term I don't really care anymore.

2 days confirmed wfh confirm for CTO as well. With Extra two clauses. Must be in the same country and Need to Confirm schedule in advance to manager. Interesting to see how people react to it. We started losing talented mates since March 15th with no addtion in workforce. Hope this will reduce to some extent
I heard same from 2 SVP in tech. Also heard badge swipes will be looked at as well.
Not enough for this excel wizard...need 4 @ home at least. I don't talk to anyone but my pivot tables and quick commands anyways....they didn't hire me to talk
As usual they can’t seem to do anything right! How about communicating this information through a global communication. Unless this is strategic which I highly doubt. Still not good enough. As remote grows more and more popular this is likely to change.
