Is the 3 percent for all US employees or just exempt employees?

I was hoping to give my 3% to the united way of hunterdon county. Oh that's right, they don't give bonuses to loser union members.
CL34+ is getting way more than the 3% you plebeians are getting.
How do you find out your CL?
CL is Classification Level. It's your seniority and promotion schedule. Higher = more pay. CL 34 is REALLY high....I dunno...maybe VP level. Most people finish their career at like CL 26.
Hourly employees do not get the 3%. Only salaried receive. MPT only
I didn't get the email. Only the exempt employees got the email where I work.
Also what is CL34? I assume it's a ranking but maybe xto doesn't use them?
Cl union presented with 5 year contract in 2018 with guaranteed annual raises and a $5000 ratification bonus, Union leadership would not let membership vote on it. Then the union voted down another contract last year with a $2500 ratification bonus and guaranteed raises. Those ratification bonuses are equal to or greater than 3% for the vast majority of represented employees in Annandale, stop griping about not getting raises or a 3% bonus when the company has made offers and the union has turned them down.
Cl union...no raise 5 years...not entitled to the 3% either.
It’s sad that everyone gets excited about 3%.
