@2isv+1h1RnGsm, you are absolutely correct in questioning the size ("huge") of the check.

With the exception of a handful, most employees here will receive a very large BoneUS.

Hopefully, it will fit nicely inside our A$$ets without the use of KYJ...

“Bonus will be deposited on the same day as your first paycheck in June” is clear.

“Bonus will be deposited FOLLOWING your first FULL PAY PERIOD in June” is not clear. WTHeck is a “full” pay period? Is there any other kind? If so, I’ve never seen it over my career. And why following? Is that immediately after, the day after, with the next paycheck, when exactly?

I’m not exactly sure why there’s all these caustic people on here that want to defend the Company. It’s weird that you’re here on a layoff board. Weird.

Yeah, I have no idea what day I get paid, in the same way you’re a tw@t corporate bootl!cker.

I haven’t got a clue what a “full pay period” is since I’ve never heard that term used before, and Exxon-speak is always oh so clear. Could be the bimonthly periods, could be monthly, and “following” a full pay period could also mean different things.

Maybe you should take sone accountability for being an @$$ho-e nobody likes.

@gdq+1h1RnGsm - holy smokes. You actually don’t know when your payday is? That’s the pay period, which depends on where you work. Take some personal accountability and actually act like an adult.

Seriously though, when is it supposed to be deposited? They said something stupid like “the first full pay period following June 1”. WTF does that mean? June 15th, June 30th, July 31st???

Why use that BS corporate talk and p!$$ people off instead of just saying “it’ll be deposited June 1st”. Id--tic.

Anyone speak corporate and know the actual day it gets deposited?
