RTO Busted

Anyone get busted for not being in office required 3 days a week? I know of some who have. If you haven’t, how are you getting away with it? We’re supposed to have 55 people in section of floor I am and most I’ve ever seen is 15.

It's all mandated by your manager, if he or she hasn't said a thing about the number of days, then don't worry. Our mgr could care less.

Those that aren't going in are being tracked on headcount lists of areas targeted for further layoffs.

Instead of getting a severance package, they will be just getting fired.

Thanks for saving the corporation money.

I went back in once to pick up my stuff and haven't been in again since. No one cares, my boss laughs it off. She hasn't been going in either.

"RTO is here to stay"

The very nature of my job at WF precludes me from being required to RTO. I've been told so by multiple levels of management.

Just stop with the fear po-n already.

No RTO actions in my area. Immediate management is not supporting the stupid is as stupid does leadership.

Management is not around… barely any people in the office. RTO is a complete fail, aside from trying to support majors and unsustainable uptown districts.

Our group of ~90 people is not enforcing it until the level above says we need to enforce it.

Nothing will happen just like nothing happened to those who avoided the vax reporting/vax status. Sure there were reports generated then as well and execs spent tons of time going over them, but nothing happened.

I see maybe 5 people on my floor every day, and I only go in because I have to be in office to work. Executive levels/management is in maybe one day a month, at most.

Aggregated Reporting at the OC+3 level has grown to "naughty lists" of individuals who aren't in 3 days per week. Those are sent to 2nd Level Managers to be dealt with.

Ugly Truth time: The sc--w will keep tightening, so if you actually care about keeping a job with a massive Recession on the horizon, get your a$$ in 3 days per week. Holidays/PTO DO count as an in-office day, BTW.
