Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Hybrid WFH ending soon

Honeywell execs thrilled with Tesla's stance on return to office.

Expect the 40+ in office mandate to be rolled out via soft communication channels soon. No big emails from K. Matters-More (than you) to avoid public critique. One-One with managers first then staff meetings to set expectations.
Local "COVID/MONKEYPOX/FUELSURCHARGE/PlatinumJubilee/NoWorker" threat levels are not relevant.

Meanwhile ... if irrational optimist ( i can sell flame throwers) Elon sees demand crashing then look out. When will the others come clean?

Elon's Tesla company stock has dropped from $1,222 Nov 1, 2021 to $704 Jun 1, 2022. I seriously doubt any CEO at other companies are following his lead on how to run a company.

If Darius does end WFH, it would be just another mis-calculatiion. Just the cost for people to drive to work , will drive the workforce to look elsewhere. Many of us do not even get cost of living raises. Add, in all other living costs and the dissatisfaction of the working culture, even more reason to leave.

Soon after Elon let the slaves know who's the boss, the sounds of champagne corks popping were at HW headquarters! Nothing irritates HW more then trusting FTE's to actually work if we cant watch them at their work stations.

Aerospace, at least, is understaffed as is and hiring managers are desperate to fill the open reqs and stop the high rate of attrition. Witness the promotions being thrown around to stop the talent loss. The 3/2 hybrid policy was a step forward for the company. Abandoning that plan, so quickly after it was enacted, would cause many to flee to greener pastures who embrace the new normal. The OP is trolling.

Just look at the CMOs post. Celebrating RTO. So out of touch.

Fear mongering is what this site is all about.
Honeywell VPs screwing with people while they vest their pensions.
Every person they convince to leave is about tick toward their census goal.
