Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

When will this end

So another person is leaving, no, not leaving WF, but going on leave. Surprise, the person who will take the place has an IQ that can belittle only a mo--n. It is bad enough that we have spaces that need to be filled because of attrition. But the fill-ins sometimes leave a bit too much to be desired. i am getting tired of this.

I would be going to my dr or some mental health person and going out on some stress leave.
Think of it as a free 6 week vacation to go find another job.

Sounds like you shouldn't have any problem handling her work when she's gone.

Wait until the next massive layoff. Your complaint will be small potatoes. Too many good people are sent packing every time. If i am not one of them, I know i will be looking at an uphill battle, worse than before.

If that person is so d-mb then it doesn't seem like they'll be missed while gone. Focus on your own job.

That’s what “they” want…for you to get frustrated and leave to hire one of those undesirables you were talking about, in your place, at half price. DUH.

Medical leave is not easy to get, maybe the ire should go towards management for keeping your dept short staffed instead of at a coworker for attempting to take care of their health.

If only you knew how bad it is.
We are having team members leaving in droves and are being replaced by contractors from third world countries that cannot perform the work to our standards.
Hiring an FTE is not an option.

It is only a bad thing if you have to work harder or do extra work when dealing with that fill-in person. Fortunately, it has happened to me only a few times. The current issue I have is that the area next to ours is shy of staff and it forces us to dig deeper for results by going to other departments. If you ask me, THAT needs to end.
