I used to. Now I try to work the bare minimum, not get exhausted and generally put more energy into finding a new job.

Go Boston UNION!!!!
The hypocrisy by Global and Regional slaps all of us WF Team Members in the face every day. They have taken so much away from us and replaced it with nothing except lower raises, the cutting of labor, very little TM empowerment, and false communication about how much they care about TM happiness. We are not working on John Mackey's farm anymore.
Look elsewhere but slack off while you do it just collect a check let it all go to sh-t. Nobody up top cares so hurt the bottom line and maybe they Will listen.
When my tl will not do jd's(mine months late) and store, regional, global leadership don't give a damn, that's a huge sign saying get the heck out.
Good to hear the rumblings of a Union the Regional\Global teams give the money makers at store level no support. The lies they spew about culture and how essential we all are clearly isn't actually believed by anyone up top.
we started the union talk for cambridge stores its the only way to protect our jobs from the regional office fakes that have destroyed whole foods its easy to get going give it a try the only way i see to make improvements
Go in do what you must but nothing extra the company doesn't care about us. The pandemic Hero\Essential worker praise went into the dumpster as soon as they could not suffer PR backlash because other companies had already gotten rid of bonus pay. Do the bare minimum and if the opportunity to vote union comes up just vote YES.
I’m seeing a lot of people leave for better paying jobs. The company is going downhill and once John Mackey retires this year in September AMAZON will step in and clean house😔
