Call out the bad managers and leaders BY NAME. I like my manager. He's great, but other leaders above him have messed up the risk teams. I dont want him to suffer for the bad ratings i will provide.
These mutherfocking BOA executives don't even care what we rate on the surveys. This company didn't do a damn thing on the last surveys. This place is a big fcking joke. I have seen and heard of a lot of people leaving here. Many of the branches nationwide are running on skeleton crews to stay open. I also heard they are just hiring anybody with a heartbeat. This place just went to shlit and it's a shame we have inept and a clueless CEO overseeing this.
Yup, sorry to the managers in advance who are going to be effected with poor ratings because of what the block head execs and CEO decide. Tone deaf, entitled and over privileged the lot of them.
1’s all across the board and nothing more. They are so not even deserving of our time.
I hope their survey results plummets, try to alter those numbers. I hope they drop to a historic low of at least 33% “employees are favorable of BofA”
Maybe then they will take us seriously.
