Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

What roles at BofA are already hybrid?

I hear some people in auto/credit were able to get hybrid. Also QA sent back home. Not sure if this is true.
But does anyone actually know which LOB got approval for hybrid?

The area where I sit, but not work, is in two days a week wfh three. All band 6's and phone reps. That is their permanent schedule and they do not choose their days. It is the same schedule every week. Others, not in my LOB, but the same area are in 2 days a week one week and 3 days a week for the next. They are allowed to select the days they come in. Lastly, my area is allowed 2 days wfh per week.

Global Tech has been told verbally that hybrid is ok, that you should be in office more than you’re not, so 3 days in office. Since this has only been verbal from leadership I’m holding my breath. I plan to hammer the need for remote work and flexibility in the ESAT.

I have a friend in auto that’s already been working hybrid for a few months. 1 day a week in office for more tenured associates, 2 days for newer associates.

Enterprise payments technology is never in the office. Told they could work from home twice a week already.

I believe technology and groups within credit services (underwriting and fulfillment) so far.
