Got my lump sum check addressed to ExxonMobil savings plan but don’t how how to get it added to my Voya profile?

Why would you stick with the terrible XOM voya plan?
Putting all in the Voya basket not the best idea.
But you gotta roll it somewhere within a certain timeframe.

Well, tell us how much the check was!
- Log into voya and go to the forms section under plan details
- Print out the rollover contribution form, complete it, and sign it
- Mail the form to Voya with the check (do not endorse the check)
