Since part of ECMO was moved into that stupid workforce share, and now moved to Consumer complaints under a new leader, are there still going to be layoffs or offshoring of these complaint jobs?
I know the leaders published an article explaining this new change in Consumer Complaints and what we do and the locations of each departments geographically but does anyone know? Because I don’t believe them. I feel anxious and am applying elsewhere.

Where would the line of business complaints teams that were moved out of ECMO and into Customer Service fall in this plan? We retained the same titles and still resolve complaints but our reporting structure changed.
they have more than one in the Philippines. During covid there was a project to open a new place with hundreds of jobs, a handful of managers and a site leader. They originally decided to move all lowest level ECMO employees’ jobs to PHL then the remaining number of people they had in that lowest level would be bumped up or let go. they planned to do another round if possible to the next level up, depending on risk and the type of wk they do. Sounds to me like anyone pushed to this workforce program is the group they would have fired. Sounds like a compromise that may or may not last.
They always had an ECMO site in the Philippines. I thought they still had ECMO sites in Des Moines, IA, Sioux Falls, SD, and Beaverton, OR.

I was moved out of ECMO to a different department. Actually, my entire site was. What are the new geographic locations of ECMO now?
