Management is very successful at creating a company that everyone wants to milk only. Are they even aware that creating such an environment does enormous damage to EM? People are disappointed and it is quite clear why many look for ways to take advantage of the company. Personally I think they are at disadvantage because they are wasting their time here, but so is the company.

Milk as much as you can and when you can. You're not ki----g EM. When time comes, EM will "ki-l" you. I wouldn't call it a fair trade but that's the best I can manage.
It's a great company when things are good because you can just ignore the inept management and do your work. When things are bad you have to deal with the reality of their psychotic behavior of control and aggression. Very unprofessional. They really have no idea how other managers operate in other companies. They also don't understand your people are your only real assets. Not promises from their management because even they are expendable in this kind of environment.

From Dallas to Annandale, worthless people are milking investors money. This company is full of incompetents who only care about frivolous perks.
The management milks the company big style, so why should they care if the commoners do the same thing at their modest scale, while waiting for their jobs to be shipped to Bangalore?
A total cluster**ck, that’s what this company has become, and everybody is trying to get as much as possible for themselves before the ship completely sinks.
