Took my survey already today. It was not good and I took every opportunity to write up why this place is awful they gave. My manager should be happy they left last month for a non management role. I wish I could have rated my work group better, but the truth is they are as bad as everything else there.

We were "strongly encouraged" to complete the survey the day it came out. Had 2 all hands calls the week before, a one on one and then manager had to send a headcount on who completed it on Monday.
We have an entire month to do survey. Not rushing to do it. Want to see that pay increase and wait for the other shoe to drop. No need to rush me when you have given us a month to do it.
Gave my honest review, which was not complimentary at all.
Reasons for going in the wrong direction.
Poor compensation 2-3% raises (some not even that)
Rewarding low income earnings for no reason and excluding those making 100k
Promotions based on who you know.
The list was rather long.
I gave almost every question a disagree or strongly disagree. I have very little maybe 2-4 questions max I scored any higher. They asked why I think they are going in the wrong direction and I wrote that the RTO was disorganized, unfair and they are not listening to associates or keeping up with competitors with flexibility and compensation.
70% of min were 1s, 20% 2s and the rest were 3s except that I am 100% aware of benefits I am not eligible for...
In what way? Is there something specific you would like to know aboue?
Can you be more specific?
