Losers calling themselves leaders on LinkedIn

Anyone else sick of this sham show? Some of the biggest mor0ns creating LinkedIn posts promoting themselves as leader is cringe worthy. Desperate lowlifes who do not understand an ounce about leadership are trying to get noticed by the management.

Who else has noticed this?

We have one of them toxic one here as a lab supervisor. Really obnoxious and intolerable.

I love the humble brags....so obvious except to the oblivious. EM senior executives must take notice and scratch these Philisteens off the list?

How many times are you going to post about LinkedIn? You post negative content here. Others post positive content there. To each their own.

Brown nosers took it to LinkedIn, because that is where you can sell yourself to the executives! DW told us to play the game, game on!

Fake advertisement of online degrees, fake LinkedIn posts, fake leadership touting, fake smile, fake everything. This is your insecure colleague trying to get noticed by the toxic management. Why do you tolerate such people? They will poison and back stab you at the same time.

The existence of LI has taken EM brown nosing to completely new levels. Traditionally it was mainly a one on one thing, with occasional gushes of praise in meetings, dedicated to the top attendees.
Now we get to see the process in all its intimate ugliness. To bad LI would not implement a system where we can vote posts for level of abject boot licking. It would be a tough competition.

The entire platform is a toxic positivity circle jerk. Nothing unique about EM folks on there except maybe how overt they can be about it

I don’t know what’s worse, the incompetent claiming to be effective leaders or the brown-nosers who fall over themselves commenting on any post upper management posts on LI. I saw a post from someone who is moving to another group within EM, and the sugary sweet comments were painfully pathetic- especially when I know many had nothing good to say behind his back.

True leaders never call themselves a leader. Honest people do not proclaim their useless work experience as leadership experience by themselves. These are gimmicks by those who have absolutely no leadership qualities and want to get into Mediocre Management.

Why do you care? Just worry about your job and mind your own business.

Employee have no control on some of the stupid titles management comes up with.

I think we confuse leadership with titles, positions and roles.
Leaders serve others, helping themto get things done for the best interest of the company. It comes with a sense of humility and responsibility.
