Wow almost 700 people retiring on one day is amazing. We have lots a lot of good talent; some should have been gone a while ago and some still added tremendous value. There seems to be no plan to stop the flood of attrition therefore it is wanted.

DW wants another 5% to go.

Deciding what percent of people NEed Significant Improvement prior to assessment is just a layoff target.

678 persons retired in 2022 YTD as of 8pm last night. This is data straight from org announcement board….that is about 1.5% of workforce. Add in opt outs and it’s pretty darned high

Waiting for my 3% bonus check to clear, then submitting my resignation.

Adios amigos, thank you all for the support, tips, good advice and even the venting in this forum.

Seems like there’s lots of people from Fawley and leatherhead leaving now? Going to be hard to attract people into EM UK but guess company does not care

I estimated ~450 retirements announced on-line in the 2nd quarter. I suspect this is under reported by at least 50%

There is a continuous stream of people leaving everywhere.
