Just submitted my ratings for my team and these were the options for raises:
Market: 4%
Invest: 7%
Max Invest: 10%
Two things you can 100% count on.. it will never be more than 3% unless you have climbed the social ladder to a promotion, and it will always be less than inflation...

Contrary to what I originally heard, raises should be higher than the norm this year, no idea about bonus.
