For me, this is no longer the same company since some of my colleagues left, all of whom were experts in their field and with whom it was a pleasure to work. Now they are paid much, much more.
Pay is not the primary reason why I decided to leave but I would have at least hesitated a little more if I was adequately compensated. This way, I have no doubts about whether to leave.
