How you treat your employees, especially those who have been here the longest, will determine how well the company will do. If you treat us well and make sure we know we are respected, we will make sure to do our best to help the company prosper. If you treat us like cr-p and like a cost instead of an asset, we won't bother trying because we won't care. We used to be in the first group, now we're in the second. There's still time to fix this if the management can get their heads out of their behinds. I doubt it'll happen, though.
