A manager mentioned that the Ford field organizations will be reorganizing. This will impact the Markets/Regions across the nation. By Q3?

I have been telling everyone GSR salary grades continuing to go to India and China. July is not over and I must say that with all of the holidays that get recognized at Ford, July 4th was not really discussed but when we returned management was telling the employees that they hoped that they had a very nice long restful weekend and that the department had survived one more month. HHMMMMMM. That is not usually something they say unless they are about to make cuts. And yes. Salary grades above GSRS will be cut and reorganized. Got to put those FCLDPS somewhere to make the big money. Too bad that they never learn how to do those jobs well.
