Does anyone have any insight or at least an idea where the revolving door is swiftest, or which positions have the highest attrition rate?

Saw that many people in Market Development (Product Solutions) left the company...seems like it happened across all region...either the leadership is too bad or the job scope is really not interesting...
Most people leave the position where they are bent over on their knees and biting a pillow. However, there is a sense of pride in this for some.

How can XOM benchmark salaries but claim to retain “the best and brightest”? Pension is a nice ~ 10%/year uplift but once it vests at 5 yrs why stay for the yearly dart board throw to determine PIPs until 55 if you can make than the pension is worth per year somewhere else. That’s why young people are leaving in droves.
Petroleum Engineers with enough experience. 20-40% pay increase the day you start with any other O&G operator.
Word is that Beaumont Engineering had 2 resignations and 1 person terminated in the same group within the past couple of weeks.
One position you don’t leave at Exxon is the position of bending over and grabbing your ankles to take it from the assessment process TG has created to sc--w everyone over until they are down to the final employee target they need to run the future ship.

Observed a high percentage of minorities that have left either due to PA results, MLRP or their friends that were also minorities were MLRP'ed, particularly at BMT. I&D has taken a big leap backwards in the past 3-4 years and minorities don't trust the leadership nor do the feel safe there.
