It's been a month and I'm still having trouble getting used to things working properly and efficiently. Every meeting I've been to has been short and to the point. From what I can see so far, most managers know what they're doing and they got where they are through merit. People are friendly and want to help. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop, but I don't think it will. I think that's just Ford-induced PTSD.

Certainly didn't go to GM. Every meeting is mandatory 2 hours, and you book rooms weeks in advance.
Stellantis, forget about it. You get a 10 minute notice, but that doesn't matter, your already moving onto the next phase of developmental parts.
Outside of automotive for sure.
