@1ujr+1hCz5tLI. Yeah. Right you work on that everyday. Lol. Tell that to someone else that don't work here pal. I've been here 25 years. We never work on any of the things you named. Maybe once a year. Our fios is built out no new work. Hardly any special circuits left. When a 900pr cable gets cut We have about 30 workers in it. Mostly we do routines, Demos ,Rehab xboxes and take npk or npw

@1sjd+1hCz5tLI "We work on abandoned cables" Yeah right. You're a pot stirrer who probably doesn't even work for the company. I'm a union member and EVERY DAY I work on Fios TV and internet equipment, cell phone network equipment, switches for traditional landline, and carrier equipment for special circuits to airports, hospitals, police, fire, water, etc...
So

  1. Say Hi to Lowell for me. He had the same false narrative of what we do.
  2. go pound sand.

@apc+1hCz5tLI: Verizon won't agree to anything significant for the low seniority members. It's far too difficult to negotiate. Any way... all we need is the support of senior membership to get things done. Despite all the claims of brother/sisterhood they clearly don't care about you either. All we need to do is satisfy the older members. It's as simple as that. That's how we keep extending and avoiding strikes.

We work on abandoned cables . We are on npw most of the day,are job is obsolete. And most don't have college degree. So to get a contract that puts you over a hundred thousand base salary is a got damn miracle. DONT LOOK A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH!¡

Its the best sort of contract we have had,but inflation and the cost of everything has gone up up up ,i think the union could have gotten us more.
