Forced ranking on job performance reviews says it all. When a teams co-workers who were rated as less then "Meets Expectations" are now gone due to termination or layoffs the remaining team members will need some new co-workers who are forced ranked to be "inconsistently meets' or "needs improvements, bottom of the ranking curve. This probably leads to lack of cooperation with the more experienced team members then NOT wanting to train the less experienced team members. The downfall of Wells Fargo and the END OF TRUST.

I have now worked on 2 projects that have been part of an investigation of the workers years before me and in other departments being shady af the first one turned into a huge deal with creating fake accounts and this one? who knows what they are looking for but we will know in a few months.
