Change the toxic culture

I don't think the atmosphere has ever been more unhealthy. Why don't the managers do something to change that, or maybe they actually like this kind of atmosphere? I'm overwhelmed with work, but I could handle it all easily if only there weren't so many negative vibes.

They keep putting people that do not reason well/don’t have good common sense in roles of power, a lot narcissistic traits too

Sadly, the people who adopt this toxic culture as their own are the ones who tend to grow the most in the company. They seem to be well-liked by the leadeship.

It has gotten worse. And lack of knowledge is evident for a lot of managers.
And yes kissing the backside is a HUGE bonus.

They seem to be trained from top of the house to act like that. That seems to be rule.
