This call was different it was a guy saying he’s going to another dept for a bit but isn’t leaving the company
like dude get over yourself, no one cares
- So management can tell you you’re not getting a raise to cover cost of living increases because that’s just chasing inflation and making things worse.
- Don’t go to work for Wells. Yes they offer a lot more money but it’s a horrible place.
- We can’t wait to get the survey results so we can implement the changes you asked for.
- What are we doing to attract talent? Going to college campus’s to recruit and train kids that don’t know any better. What are we doing to retain talent? See #2 above.

I don’t see a point In 99% of their calls. They just regurgitate the same information and act like everything is amazing
