Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

JC used to earn $1 per year in salary during tough times,

why can't Chuckie do the same?
On the next check-in meeting, I'm going to ask this question. I don't care if I get fired on the spot. The CEO needs to lead by example, just like Teflon John used to do. Else, Chuckie is just one greedy son of a beach.

Robbins has been a disappointment in his tenure in not delivering revenue growth, hiring the wrong staff to lead product innovation, Services CX, Sales, Sector leadership (SP), IT, etc. The investment bankers have lost interest in CSCO and expect to hear the same results reasoning -pandemic, supply chain, Putin war and the newer inflation numbers with costs for everything going up. Interesting with Robbins on BlackRock board as their assets under management have declined $1.7 Trillion is six months.

As for reminiscing for the days of Chambers, Cisco revenue has been essentially flat since 2013.

JC was here about 4 years longer than he should have been. CR and MM are like the bidens of the corporate world. Absolute failures within a few weeks or their reign. The woke board doesn't care as long as they have a funding source and platform to ram politics down the employee's throats. If they could shut up and run the business that would be a great start.

John Chambers? The guy who talked about accountability then after massively missing his goals gave himself a bonus he didn’t qualify for and we got forced to bill another end of year vacation day for time we were expected to work? If you think this is a good idea you deserve the failed culture of continuous layoffs he created.

As for “Chuckie” the company had $3B in earnings on $12.8B in revenue last quarter during a time of substantial supply line shortages driving lead time out to hundreds of days. For most companies this would be a dream goal.

Ole Chuckie boy is on the Board for Blackrock. Chuckie boy can do any damn thing he wants as long as he serves the Masters of the Corporatocracy (aka the globalists).

Didn't Chucky/Fran attend WEF recently?? You betcha. Wakey wakey

Don't tell me you're falling for that one. JC was handsomely rewarded in stock. Millions and millions. Plus that useless clown was back charging Cisco for each and every trip with his private jet. It's all documented in SEC filings. I'll take $1 too with similar conditions.

You mean when he was making a huge profit off charging the company for him to use his private jet?

I'm sure JC's $1 in salary did not reflect his yearly bonus and stock grants.

This is coming from a guy who came out and shared with everyone how much pain is caused him to do his first layoff at Wang just as he's starting the yearly layoffs at Cisco. Yes, I'm sure JC feels your pain... What an A-ho-e...

Yes JC did take just a $1 during the tough times. The board needs to bring him back in some capacity to right this ship.
