I left 4 weeks ago and don't regret a bit. I was a VP in Tech and I landed a better role with competitor working remotely. Are people still asked to RTO? Is it 3/2 days or full-time. I was in Charlotte.

Girl stop looking back and go on with your life.
I’m my group, 2 days in office that are defined, 1 day you choose. Nobody cares, and most people don’t show up anyway.

My area, it’s 5 days a week in the office. No one is going in. LOL!!
Bank leadership has blinders on. "We're good, our attrition rate is within norms and we have best talent all around". Maybe they haven't noticed the massive drop in quality of work and projects from 2020 to present day.
