Thread regarding IBM layoffs

Ibm shares given on the 100th birthday

So those who were at ibm on the 100th anniversary got the grand amount of shares from IBM (7). I just got a letter from Morgan Stanley saying as i have invested in kindryl i get to vote blah blah blah, so did IBM swap those IBM share to kindryl or did you also get additional K shares??? Just asking if anybody knows
If IBM swapped that would mean losing a few $$$$

This shows you the inept strategy IBM was following under Ginni aka GTS. GTS / Kyndryl was valued day one at issue at 35 bucks a share. Today six months later it’s 10 dollars. Remember Ginni pursued the GTS vision her whole tenure as CEO. When the street got a chance to value that GTS vision as Kyndry stock, it lost 70% in less than 6 months. That’s the street calling Ginni a visionary rube. So that begs the next question. IBM board why are you paying a visionary rube a daily consulting fee instead of trying to claw back the bonuses you showered on her. Inept management kinda says it all doesn’t it.

When you got the shares, IBM had GTS as one of their division. When IBM sold GTS off renaming it Kyndryl, you were entitled to the GTS portion of those IBM shares and were issued Kyndryl shares for it. The issue was 1 Kyndryl share for each 5 legacy IBM shares owned
