Isn't it easier to leave this company than to spend time and energy on constantly making complaints? It is not my intention to provoke, I have just noticed that there are those who always have a lot of complaints and have not yet applied anywhere else. All good employees can certainly find better jobs.

Lots of complainers that are big on talk and small on action. They are always mouthing off but they get very little done.

The wining is the integral part of a job. When you are with same employer for years you became bored and stuck with same-ol- same -ol. It is comfortable.
And yet here you are complaining about others…
Most folks here are playing the same game. Middle aged with dependents , and they have a nice cush corporate job, so they will ride out all the cr-p, until they hit their NUMBER (be it age or dollars) .
This is why I chuckle everytime I hear some executive blow off about hard work or optimizing efficiency, just so next year they retire as they pull their golden chute. Everyone is working here for the same thing ,dont let the corporate PR machine tell you otherwise.

Retirement eligible and well off, but the economy isn't heading into a recession, but more of a train wreck! Why leave when gas is $5.00 per, food up 15-35%, energy climbing and this just the begining! T doesn't seem to be affected by slowdowns in the economy, so I'll continue to work until things improve! The job is easy and I'm staying with T!
I leave in three years with my pension.
Some who won’t get a pension don’t seem to understand that those that do will be staying until that day comes.
